MARR: supply contract signed with the Starwood Group in Italy

Rimini, 30 March 2009 - MARR (Milan: MARR.MI), the leading company in Italy in the distribution of food products to the foodservice, has signed a contract for the supply of food products to hotels of the Starwood Group in Italy with the company Ciga Gestioni srl, which is part of the "Starwood Hotels Worldwide Inc." Group.

The agreement has a duration of three years and involves supplying about twenty structures, including hotels and resorts managed by the Starwood Group with important brands such as St. Regis, Westin, Le Méridien, Luxury Collection and Sheraton in the major tourist locations.

The contract expands the already existing supply agreement, and creates a much closer commercial partnership based on a high level of service and very strict requirements in terms of the quality of products supplied.

Starwood, a worldwide leader in high level hotel services, and MARR with this agreement strengthen their collaboration by providing high quality services.

MARR (Cremonini Group), listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, is the leading Italian company in the specialised distribution of food products to the non-domestic catering sector and is controlled by Cremonini S.p.A..
