JBS DESERTS THE SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

Cremonini S.p.A. advises that the shareholder JBS SA did not attend the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of Inalca JBS S.p.A. that would have been held in a first call today, 24 September 2010, at 15.00 in Modena.

The second call has already been fixed for Tuesday 28 September 2010 at the same time and in the same place.
