CREMONINI GROUP: the international tender placed by the SNCF for catering services on-board the TGV trains on the Paris-Milan line won.

Overall revenues anticipated of over 6 million Euro.

The Cremonini Group has been awarded, for the third consecutive time, the tender placed by the SNCF French railways (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer) for catering services on-board the high-speed TGV trains connecting Paris to Milan.

Specifically the services, regarding 6 TGV trains, which travel on the Paris-Lyon-Turin-Milan line daily and comprise operating a bar, tray service in the carriages, a mini-bar, as well as a series of innovative complimentary services such as DVD and videogames hire (Psp).

The contract, which commences with effect from 1 June 2007 for a 4-year period, will generate overall revenues estimated at over 6 million Euro, from a total number of customers served in the period exceeding 1.6 million passengers.

"With the award of this contract, won for the third consecutive time,"- commented Valentino Fabbian, Managing Director of the catering division, -"Cremonini's leadership on the high-speed trains in Europe is confirmed and our Group's presence in the French market of railway services reinforced with a market share of over 20%."

In fact, the Group has already operated in France with the on-board catering services for some Intercity trains, on the high-speed TGV trains, Corail trains, trains connecting with Switzerland (Lyria) and iDTGV trains, as well as with the logistics at the Paris centres of Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Gare d'Austerlitz, Gare Montparnasse and Gare de l'Est.

The Cremonini Group is today the 2nd player in the European on-board train catering market, with over 700 trains served in 8 countries daily and 35 million customers.

Cremonini achieved, for the overall catering sector in 2006, total revenues of 397.0 million Euro, up by 32.6% compared to the previous year. The catering business "on-board in Europe" alone impacted by 174.3 million Euro, about 28% of which was earned in Italy.

Cremonini, with over 7,600 employees, is one of the largest food groups in Europe and operates in three business sectors: production, distribution and catering.

The Group, which had total revenues of 2,348.8 million Euro in 2006, is the absolute leader in Italy in the production of beef and meat-based transformed products (Montana) and the marketing and distribution of food products (MARR) to the food service sector. It also has a significant presence in the catering sector and, in particular, the leadership in Italy in on-board train and railway stations catering (Chef Express). Finally the Group is in 2nd place in the Italian motorway catering market.
