Today the Roadhouse Group is one of the main Italian players in the world of catering. 300 restaurants, more than 100 cities, 5 formats united by the same passion for quality and innovation, are not just numbers but the result of a constant ambition: to offer customers an always new and tasty experience, the best possible.
The restaurants have always stood out for their ability to innovate, to be the first to intercept new trends and customer needs. Over the years the format has changed, it has evolved with important investments in research and development of menu products, in the training of human resources and in the design of high-tech services. Building on the successes achieved, in 2017 the chain became multi-brand and continued development in the Mexican Food segment with the Calavera restaurants and Billy Tacos.
Roadhouse Experience
Each premise offers a unique tasting of the best grilled meats and other components of the rich menu, coupled with an attentive and accurate table service, with free WIFI and technological facilities common to all Roadhouse.
The menu features a wide assortment of unique grilled meat dishes accompanied by a wide selection of side dishes. It also offers a selection of tasty fresh burgers, as well as salads, tempting appetizers and mouth-watering desserts.
Cuts of meat selected and grilled at the moment, many delicious and quality proposals, daily promotions and dedicated offers: Roadhouse is this but also much more. Quality is not only tasted at the table but also in the services, atmosphere and technological facilities, which is why we are the restaurant that was not there before.
Located near the tollbooths and ring roads of medium and large cities, along major communication arteries or inside shopping centres, Roadhouse Restaurant premises cover an average surface area between 500 and 700 square meters and can hold from 130 to 250 seats; open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, also the restaurants have large parking areas.
Through the RWorld App it is possible to use the Fidelity Card to obtain discounts, promotional coupons with exclusive weekly offers, book a table online, pay by smartphone avoiding the queue at the checkout desk and use the click&drive service which allows you to go to the restaurant just to collect what you ordered and paid via app.
Thanks to the Roadhouse Card there are many exclusive advantages for the community, which to date has already reached two million members with incredible success. Furthermore, the new interactive kids’ areas have helped to improve the restaurant experience for families.
Calavera & Billy Tacos
Over the years, Roadhouse has grown and broadened its mission by developing new brands inspired by Mexican cuisine in the casual dining segment, with the Calavera Restaurant (table service) and Billy Tacos (quick service) brands, which today have 25 and 96 venues open.
“Calavera” is the name of the sugar skulls symbolizing the most famous Mexican holiday, El dia de los Muertos. More than a party, a true ritual of conviviality and fun where food becomes the protagonist. Calavera Restaurant revolutionizes the best of this tradition by bringing to the table the latest trends in the food&beverage world in a perfect synthesis of freshness, experimentation and taste. Billy Tacos is a format designed to meet the contemporary taste, that of Generation Z.
