By accessing this Site and viewing the material contained in the relevant web pages, the User accepts the following conditions and also accepts that Italian legislation will apply for all matters arising from or relating to the contents and use of this Site.

All distinctive signs of industrial property present and reported on this Site are the property of, or are usable by Cremonini and/or companies belonging to the same corporate group.
Any external reproduction/dissemination or any other use not expressly authorised is prohibited.

All material published on this Site supplied for information purposes (including, by way of example but not limited to, texts, images, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.), as well as the way in which the contents are presented are the exclusive property of, or usable by Cremonini and are protected by regulations regarding intellectual and industrial property.

It is understood that any reference on this Site to products or services does not in itself constitute an offer for sale or supply and that the images relating to the products, as well as the ways in which they are presented within this Site, have purely illustrative purposes.

LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
Without prejudice to the mandatory limits of the law, Cremonini cannot be held responsible in any way for damages resulting from the incorrect use of this Site and related consequences.
Cremonini and/or its respective suppliers do not issue any guarantee or declaration regarding the appropriateness, reliability, availability, absence of viruses or other components that may cause damage, accuracy of the information, services and related graphics contained in the Site.
In no event may Cremonini and/or its suppliers be held liable for direct, indirect, moral, incidental, special or consequential damages or for damages of any kind including, by way of example, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising from, or in any way connected to, the use or performance of the Site, the delay or inability to use the Site. In no event will Cremonini and its directors, employees or collaborators be liable for any injury, loss, damage requests, direct or indirect of any kind, even if arising from a contract or civil illegality, or in any way connected with a use of the Site that does not comply with these terms and conditions, even if Cremonini has been informed about the possibility of such damages.
Cremonini also remains free to make changes, corrections, updates and improvements to the structure of the Site and to the information/documents contained therein without notice. These interventions may result in temporary inaccessibility to the site itself as well as the permanence, on the site itself, of out-of-date information, with respect to which Cremonini hereby declines all responsibility. If, despite the above, Cremonini is held responsible for damage or loss relating to the use of the Site, the User accepts and acknowledges that Cremonini’s liability cannot in any case exceed the cost (if any) incurred by the User for the use of the Site.
This Site may also contain a historical archive of information which will be provided exclusively for consultation by the User.
Despite periodic checks of the Site, Cremonini cannot guarantee that it is free from viruses or other potentially harmful programs. Before accessing the network and carrying out any operation during navigation, the User must always adopt the most up-to-date protection measures in relation to which he will be solely and exclusively responsible.
REGISTRATION
Access to the Site and filling out forms to access the services contained therein is reserved exclusively for Users over the age of 18. The User undertakes to provide the personal data requested when filling out the forms, ensuring that these are updated, complete and truthful.
The User is responsible for safeguarding the password for any activity or action for which Cremonini issues a password.
SOCIAL MEDIA
The various companies of the Cremonini Group can, but not directly Cremonini S.p.A., use social media to inform, communicate, listen and publish commercial content relating to their activities and initiatives.
The contents published include photographs, institutional videos, press releases, service information, news relating to the activity of the Cremonini Group and the services connected to it as well as opportunities for User involvement and participation. Through their social channels, the individual companies of the Cremonini Group can share and relaunch contents and messages of specific interest and usefulness published by other users. Social channels are constantly and systematically monitored.
The individual companies of the Group undertake to manage communication and dialogue spaces within their profiles on the various social platforms, asking their Users to respect some simple rules of correctness, moderation and respect.
In Social Media everyone is responsible for the contents they publish and the opinions they express. However, insults, vulgarity, insults, threats and, in general, violent or defamatory attitudes will not be tolerated. The interest of the topics with respect to the activities of the Cremonini Group is an essential requirement: it is not possible in any way to use these spaces for purposes other than institutional ones. Any form of advertising, spam or promotion of private interests or illegal activities will not be tolerated and content that violates copyright or unauthorised use of registered trademarks are not permitted.
In any case – where the Social Media allows it – all posts, comments or audio/video materials that present inappropriate, threatening, violent, vulgar or disrespectful language, that present illicit, offensive, obscene, deceptive, alarmist, discriminatory, promote or support illegal activities, or infringe copyright will be removed by the staff.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Terms of Use are governed by Italian law without regard to any provisions regarding conflicts of law in the state or country of residence of the User. All actions, disputes, claims or procedures relating to the Sites and the Services contained therein will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Modena.
