InalcaJBS: Cremonini management confirmed by the shareholders meeting

PRESS RELEASE

The InalcaJBS shareholders meeting was regularly held today in Modena under the chairmanship of Paolo Boni.
- The shareholder JBS withdrew its candidatures for the Board in replacement of the ineligible directors. Consequently the company remains managed by the current Board of Directors formed by three members under the chairmanship of Paolo Boni.
- The shareholders meeting also did not approve JBS' proposal to revoke the current directors appointed by Cremonini.
- In the same manner the shareholders meeting did not approve the proposal of liquidation of the company again made by the shareholder JBS S.A.
