Inalca JBS: an urgent appeal (pursuant to art. 700 of the Italian Civil Procedures Code) presented to stop the illegitimate initiatives of the Brazilian ex-directors

With reference to the Board of Directors meeting of Inalca JBS called by Mr. Marco Bicchieri, the following is specified:

Inalca JBS has filed an appeal pursuant to art. 700 of the Italian Civil Procedures Code with the Modena Court to obtain the inhibition of Mr. Bicchieri (and the other two ex-members of the Board of Directors who are also ineligible as directors, as can be easily deduced from a simple Chamber of Commerce search) to carry out acts or take initiatives that are in any event referable to Inalca JBS.

The request for inhibition is directed at stopping the distribution of false and biased news that, based on a Board of Directors meeting without any validity such as that called in Milan today, has the sole purpose of damaging the company and discrediting it in the eyes of its customers, suppliers, stakeholders and public opinion.
